Teenagers mature and develop at very different rates, so we offer a wide range of therapy options for them to try, including Play Therapy, talk therapy, or a mix.

We meet all of our clients where they’re beginning. We incorporate things that interest our teen clients into our therapy as they come up, so that we can develop a closer therapeutic relationship in which the good work can be done.
Therapy is not about complaining about your problems, or getting someone else’s solutions — it’s about learning to solve your own problems and feeling good about yourself while you do it. If your teen is interested in pursuing therapy, please give us a call at (845) 342-5789.
